| Section 77 of the GOC Act states each shareholding Minister must at all times have an equal number of voting shares and must also at all times be entitled to voting rights equal to those to which the other shareholding Minister is entitled in the company GOC. However, each shareholding Minister may hold non-voting shares and need not hold an equal number of non-voting shares. This document provides details of voting and non-voting shareholders for Queensland GOCs, and issued share capital for each corporation. These details are lodged with ASIC. | ||||
